What I do

Community Manager

Server coordination and management: Create and maintain a structure of channels, roles, and sections to provide a logical organization of content.

Attracting and Engaging Members: Encouraging engagement and creating engaging content to attract new members and retain existing members.

Planning and hosting events: organizing competitions, tournaments, online meetings and other events to encourage community interaction and participation.

Conflict Management and Dispute Resolution: Efficiently resolve conflicts and disputes with members, support compliance with server rules, and maintain a safe and respectful environment.

What I do

Moderator

Content review and moderation: Monitor messages, images, videos, and other content for compliance with server policies and filter out inappropriate or offensive content.

Security: Prevent and respond to violations, spam, provocations, hate, unauthorized access and other security threats on the server.

Support and assistance to members: answer questions, help new members get comfortable, provide information about the server and its functions.

Collaboration with the Community Manager: Working closely with the Community Manager to support the plans and goals of the server, and provide reports on the current situation.
